The geodatabase is corrupted by a third-party tool. This is not an issue with Esri software. The workaround or migrate option is provided.Workaround
This geodatabase catalog is corrupted by certain tools or raw SQL. It is recommended to create a new geodatabase and copy the classes to the new geodatabase. If that is not applicable, the geodatabase can be fixed by running this SQL against it as an sde user. Please backup before running this command. UPDATE SDE.GDB_ITEMS SET PHYISCALNAME = ‘WORKSPACE’ WHERE NAME = ‘Workspace’
