Workaround

Geostatistical layers can be converted to rasters with the GA Layer To Rasters tool. Rasters allow importing symbology, and they are a more accurate representation of the resulting surface. Geostatistical layers use approximate contours and build symbology class breaks using the input points. The raster, instead, builds class breaks on the output raster cell values, which better represent the interpolation result within the study area. It is highly recommended to treat geostatistical layers as intermediary results for model investigation, and userasters for the final display.
