The error message, "Could not get the address fields" is returned when ArcGIS World Geocoding Service is used in the Input Address Locator field in the ArcGIS Pro 2.1.3 Japanese version.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.3 and does not occur in the older or newer versions of ArcGIS Pro. This issue is specific to ArcGIS Pro 2.1.3 in the Japanese version.Workaround
This error does not occur if the ArcGIS Pro language is set to English. If the Windows language is English, set the language setting to match Microsoft Windows under the ArcGIS Pro options.Steps to Reproduce
