The Error Inspector returns the error message, "Edit operation failed. The server took too long to answer. The client has timed out. (status code 28)." when running validation rules on a branch feature service in ArcGIS Pro.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4, 3.1.7, 3.3.2, 3.2.4, and 2.9.13Workaround
An asynchronous option is available in the Evaluate Rules geoprocessing tool and via the Error Inspector pane. Use one of the options to avoid timeouts.
