The Error Inspector becomes out of sync with the map when topology from a SQLite Geodatabase is removed and re-added to a map as the user Validates Topology at the using the map's extent.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.6 between b58075-b58095 and has been fixed.Workaround
The only way to resolve the issue is to save the project, close and reopen the project.
