Bug
The error, "Error 500 : java.lang.NullPointerException" is thrown in ArcGIS Server Manager when starting a World map service created through the GeoEnrichment environment configuration utility when the GeoEnrichment server is not licensed with a Business Analyst Server role.

This issue is fixed by introducing a warning message, the service is still starting.Workaround
License the GeoEnrichment Server site with a Business Analyst role.
