The error "Database error during feature draw" is returned when visualizing data in ArcGIS Pro when calling a hosted service published to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 with the map and layer coordinate systems in 9377 MAGNA-SIRGAS Origen Nacional.

This issue is addressed when publishing to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0. Upgrade to a newer version of ArcGIS Enterprise.Workaround
To prevent this error, the map’s coordinates must be in WGS1984 and not in Magna Sirgas Origen Nacional (9377).
