Bug
The error "Configuration <service name>.MapServer is not found" occurs when attempting to load a tiling scheme from ArcGIS online, Microsoft Virtual Earth or Google Maps. This error occurs in the ArcGIS Java Manager when editing an existing Map service in order to configure dynamic caching.
