Bug
The error, "Attribute Update: An unexpected failure occurred. Underlying DBMS error [ORA-02290: check constraint (XXX.SYS_XXX) violated] [XXX.XXX__ATTACH]" is returned when adding attachments to a versioned feature class after the relationship class is migrated from ObjectID to GlobalID.
