Bug

The "Error 000042" is returned when creating a General - Single Field style address locator against a shapefile ,or personal or file geodatabase feature, when using a numeric field. However, this works from an ArcSDE feature class.

Create a new text field, calculate the values into the new field, and use the field as the KeyField.
