1. Open the .dxf file in AutoCAD and explode the multileader entity.2. Save the AutoCAD file.3. It will open successfully in ArcGIS.THIS IS ACTUALLY FIXED AT 10.2 PER JEFF REINHART - that option was not available when the bug was fixed in
