Workaround

1. Sign in to <a href="http://ArcGIS.com" target="_blank">ArcGIS.com</a> and go to My Organization. 2. Click on Edit Settings > Security tab. 3. Uncheck 'Allow access to the organization through HTTPS only.'4. Click Save.
