The Enrich Layer tool analysis fails when a polygon layer includes features that are very small in size and has a spatial reference other than Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere (120100).

Additional Information

Existing Enrich Layer tool is deprecated in ArcGIS Pro 2.2 and replaced by a new tool.

Workaround

Option 1: Remove the small features from the dataset.Option 2: Project the dataset to Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere (102100).
