The enrich layer on a Core Based Statistical Areas (CBSA) layer fails with the internal server error status code 500: "Enrich layer failed."

Additional Information
The CBSA layer included very complex geometry (7million vertices) in a small number of features. The size of the service's JSON was so large that it was intermittently causing timeouts on the database server. The same timeouts could be reproduced by just querying the JSON from the REST endpoint of the service, without ever using the tool. Data should either be generalized or split into multiple requests.Steps to Reproduce
