Additional Information
The issue is not to be addressed in the older versions of ArcGIS Enterprise. The issue has been addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise versions 10.9 and 10.9.1 and is to be addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.Workaround
- Use a feature service instead of a map service in the web map.
- Upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 and newer.
