The 'Enable attachments' setting for reports is not retained in missions created from templates, resulting in missing attachment functionality in the new mission.

Additional Information
When a mission template is created from an existing mission in which a report was published with attachments enabled, the attachments option is not restored when a new mission is created from the template.Workaround
Enable the reports after creating the mission and before activation.
