Bug
The Edit widget template window in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS returns the error message, "Your account does not have the permission to create or modify data. Or this web map does not contain any editable layers" when a hosted feature service in ArcGIS Online set with either the Update Attributes Only or Update Features option is edited, although when the correct permission and an editable layer are present.

This defect is addressed in the Portal for ArcGIS Security 2025 Update 1 Patch.
