The ArcGIS Server 11.3 ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing/ArcGIS Roads and Highways Patch 3 is now live on the support site. The URL is: https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2026/arcgis-server-11-3-arcgis-pipeline-referencing-arcgis-roads-and-highways-patch-4 Esri announces the ArcGIS Server 11.3 Pipeline Referencing/ArcGIS Roads and Highways Patch 4. This patch addresses several functional issues with the Pipeline Referencing for Server 11.3/Roads and Highways for Server 11.3 releases. Apart from those explicitly listed, the patch also targets performance issues in the enterprise system. It is recommended that all Pipeline Referencing/Roads and Highways (Location Referencing Solutions) customers using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 install this patch. This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.7.
