The fix is available starting from the ArcGIS Pro 2.1 release and in all subsequent versions.Workaround
A temporary workaround is to use a PointCloudPropertyExtractor with the 'Calculate and Update Extents' option set to Yes before converting to LAS.
This temporary workaround has been tested in ArcGIS Pro and works as expected.
