The dynamic layer labeling properties are not updated when the ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 map service is published with the ArcGIS Pro imported .mxd project.

The issue is not reproducible.Workaround
Importing an .mxd in ArcGIS Pro uses the standard labeling engine.
Use the following workaround:
- Import the .mxd in ArcGIS Pro.
- Switch the labeling engine to the Maplex Label Engine. Note that the Maplex Label Engine is the default labeling engine in ArcGIS Pro and map services published from ArcGIS Pro.
- Publish it as a map service.
