The drop-down list of fields in a geoprocessing tool that demands parameters only provides the aliases. Additionally, the aliases are alphabetized and thus do not maintain logical or relevant ordering.

ArcGIS Pro uses field aliases across the board, geoprocessing will not provide a specific option to show field names. In the field choice list you can hover on the field to see both the name and alias to help understand the difference. Best practice is to not use fields with duplicate aliases, and the Esri local gov solution will be updated to fix this issue.Steps to Reproduce
