This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Experience Builder. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
Setting the width and height in pixels is no longer available in the current version of ArcGIS Experience Builder, and this issue is no longer reproducible.
