The Draw widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder does not populate graphics from featured groups (Esri Symbols) if the Organization Security setting, 'Members can search for content outside the organization' is toggled off.

This issue has been fixed in the June 2025 release.Workaround
Enable the 'Members can search for content outside the organization' setting in the Organization Security settings in ArcGIS Online.
