The draft survey option is not accessible when using the 'Press and hold' functionality in the 'My Survey' page to start a new survey in the Survey123 for ArcGIS mobile app on iOS and Android devices.

Workaround
When a draft exists, click on the top corner where the draft number is located (it is generally in orange color), and the survey page that was left incomplete is opened.Steps to Reproduce
