The 'Download' button in the Screening widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder does not work in ArcGIS Enterprise in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on certain touchscreen systems.

Workaround
When hovering over the button, hold the left mouse button, and swipe from left to right (or from corner to corner), and release. Refer to the workaround of BUG-000131723 for more information.
