The DominantTapestryMap portal item does not retain the tags when ArcGIS Enterprise is upgraded.

Additional Information

The issue with generating the dominant tapestry map report is not caused by incorrect tags on the item but rather by an incorrect DNS entry. This caused HTTPS to be broken when trying to access the dominant tapestry map service URL from the GeoEnrichment server machine.

Workaround

  1. Locate the DominantTapestryMap portal item. It is owned by the portal admin that was used to install the USA data with the data management wizard.
  2. In the My Content section, check the BA - Map Services folder. If it is not present, check the portal admin's root folder.
  3. Add these tags to the item: EsriBusinessAnalystMaps, region.US.census_2020.
  4. Restart the World GeoEnrichment service from ArcGIS Server Manager.
  5. Run the report again.
