The domain values added in ArcGIS Online takes a long time to appear in ArcGIS Collector and returns the error message, "Domain already exists".

Additional Information
This issue is not addressed in ArcGIS Collector, and is not reproducible in the current release of ArcGIS Field Maps. Please migrate to ArcGIS Field Maps.Workaround
- Use ArcGIS Field Maps.
- Return to ArcGIS Collector at a later time.
- Download the layer as a file geodatabase and republish it to ArcGIS Online as a new layer.
