The documentation (the code files in the Download) for Adding Dynamic Data to ArcGIS Server is missing information. After downloading the VB.NET sample, the App_Code folder, which contains necessary classes, is missing information. The correct download can be found on the media that ships with ArcGIS Server.This media has the App_Code folder and the required classes for the VB.NET Sample.
