The documentation, 'How To: Publish a feature layer without overwriting the editor tracking information using ArcGIS API for Python', does not work when the code is written in the new line.

Rewrite the code in the following way to avoid formatting the publishing parameters dictionary with new line breaks:
pub_params = {"editorTrackingInfo": {"enableEditorTracking": 'true', "preserveEditUsersAndTimestamps": 'true'}}
