Additional Information

It is as designed. The Divide tool uses the populated Distance field for COGO-enabled lines. The data in question does not go beyond two decimal places, e.g. 1399.41 versus 3292.751141. Furthermore, Distance field formatting is accomplished through the fields view and updating the formatting for that specific field. If the Distance field value is Null, the Divide tool uses the shape information and the Units settings for four decimal places.
