Workaround
1. Convert Symbology to representation using default option "Store change to geometry as representation override."2. Run the Disperse Markers tool. 3. Go to the Properties for the feature class > representations > change the option to "Change the geometry of the supporting feature."4. Use "Update Override" tool with original feature class as the Input Feature and Representation layer as the representation, use "BOTH" for update option.
