Additional Information

While not ideal, this type of offset is within the stated accuracy of the current DigitalGlobe Vivid imagery product (+/- 10m). We recommend the user try Clarity first and then Wayback to see if they can find an imagery source to meet their needs. URLs below: World Imagery (Clarity) https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=ab399b847323487dba26809bf11ea91a World Imagery (Wayback) https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=8d47b1f2ccf141bbab8b73f5f8acc979 The user could identify a version(s) of World Imagery in the Wayback App, and then add those layers to ArcMap. There is a blog post about adding a Wabyback Server Connection in Pro (same WMTS server connection can be made in ArcMap) https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-living-atlas/imagery/wayback-server-connection-in-pro/
