This issue is a duplicate of BUG-000149970.Workaround
Use ArcGIS Pro to perform object detection and host the output back to ArcGIS Online as a web layer or as a web map. This workaround is not feasible as this is not the expected behavior of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) and the tool must work without any issues.
