Additional Information
This defect was fixed in the February 2016 Release of the Election Polling Place template. Additionally, the Election Polling Place (JavaScript application) is in Mature support and will not be updated. Please use the updated Election Polling Place app, which uses Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, available at: http://solutions.arcgis.com/local-government/help/election-polling-places/Steps to Reproduce
