Bug
The description for a map service cannot contain an "&" when being edited through the General Map Service properties in Server Manager. Internet Explorer returns the error: Sys.ArgumentException: Cannot deserialize. The data does not correspond to valid JSON. As of version 10.1, the Server Manager application built on the .NET Web ADF technology is no longer being developed or having issues fixed.Workaround
