The Delete option appears and disappears when the user does not own features when using the Smart Editor widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.

Additional Information
While the Delete button is displayed in the Smart Editor widget interface, the features still cannot be deleted since the editing permissions are validated by the server. There is no plan to change the widget user interface to hide this button at this time.Workaround
- Click the point feature owned by the portal admin user.
- In the point feature's pop-up, click the three dots and select Smart Editor. The Delete button appears.
