The Delete geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro deletes the file geodatabase raster; however, it does not reduce the disk storage.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro version 3.4.Workaround
To successfully delete a raster and reduce the size of the file geodatabase, first remove the raster from the Contents pane, then use the Delete tool.
