The ArcGIS Experience Builder Edit widget respects owner-level and Administrator-level permissions, allowing accounts with these permissions to edit as desired, regardless of widget and service level configurations. If an account that does not own the dataset and has no Administrator-level permissions (default or custom role) still sees the Delete option, please contact Esri Support Services to provide additional details.Steps to Reproduce
