Additional Information

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.

Workaround

  • Turn the visibility of the raster in the Contents pane on and off again. This resets the symbology, but adding more layers may cause the issue to appear again.
  • Turn off transparency on the raster symbology. The issue does not occur once transparency has been disabled. Note that this is not the transparency in the Raster Layer and Effects tab but the transparency on the symbology, which is set by opening the Symbology pane, 'Color scheme' and 'Format color scheme'.
