Additional Information

Locators created with the Create Locator tool do not support a distance parameter. The distance parameter is set based on the roles used to build the locator. For more information on the feature types hierarchy, refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/geocode/api-reference/geocoding-reverse-geocode.htm#GUID-FC97069F-310B-44A8-9DD1-8EC188170831. If only one featureType is used when reverse geocoding, the distance is changed to 500 meters for any type of reverse geocode and no longer uses the hierarchy table values. Set the feature types that are supported for reverse geocoding by changing the option in the properties dialog for the locator in ArcGIS Pro. For more information on features to support for reverse geocoding, refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geocoding/tips-for-improving-geocoding-quality.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_0E0792AD6B0B4BB48195ED40DC7FF5D3.
