The default ArcGIS World Geocoding Service is not listed in the list of locators in ArcGIS Pro when connected to an upgraded ArcGIS Enterprise portal from version 10.5.1.

Additional Information
In ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1, the locator folder displays all the locators to which the user has access.Workaround
- Sign in to the Portal for ArcGIS Sharing REST end point (https://portalwebadaptormachine.domain.com/webadaptor/sharing/rest) and browse to Org ID > Update
- Add the parameter "placefinding":true for the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service syntax in the Geocode Service URL section and save the updates.
