Status
Known Limit
After review by the development team, it has been determined that this issue is related to a known limitation with the software that lies outside of Esri's control. The issue's Additional Information section may contain further explanation.
Additional Information
This is by design. Use the 'Language for Number Formatting' parameter outlined in the work around or edit the input data values.
Workaround
Note that both the TCP/Text input and TCP/Text output provide the ‘Language for Number Formatting’ parameter so, even if data from a North American provider uses a period (.) for the decimal, the output can still process numerical values with a comma (,) as the decimal is consistent with your locale.
Alternatively, the input data can be modified to express numeric values in the local language.
