Additional Information

In European locale, the form only accepts comma(,) as a valid comma decimal separator. If a user attempts to enter a dot(.) as decimal separator, it is treated as an invalid value, thus, it automatically deletes it. On a Samsung device, the valid comma decimal separator(,) is disabled and this is a known issue which is documented online as https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/get-answers/knownissuesgetanswers.htm#anchor16 As a workaround, set the appearance as Caculator in the XLS form and it provides a valid calculator to allow users to enter the correct comma decimal separator(,) in European locale. Users must enter a valid comma decimal separator(,) first as the Samsung default keyboard does not provide (or disable) comma(,) in this case.
