Duplicate of BUG-000133709.Workaround
Change DateReported > DATEADD(DAY, -3, '2020/09/17') to DateReported > DATEADD(DAY, -40, '2020/09/17') works in ArcGIS Pro. Dates closer to 'today' fail for day and month.
