Hosted feature layer times are displayed in the computer's time zone for the portal, but ultimately stored in UTC as well as displayed in ArcGIS Pro in UTC by default. Specify a preferred time zone to display in ArcGIS Pro as of the 2.7 release using these steps provided in the documentation: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/mapping/working-with-agol-feature-services-date-time-attributes-in-non-utc-time-zone-in-arcgis-pro-2-7/.Workaround
