This behavior is as designed. The labeling experience does not read the configuration of fields set in the pop-up. Labels independent of the pop-up can have a different configuration, and the decimal place can be set using the Arcade authoring experience in the labeling component to set the date format or the decimal places for numeric fields.Steps to Reproduce
