The date and date/time fields do not get passed on through a custom URL from ArcGIS Field Maps to ArcGIS Survey123 app when the device language is set to Dutch.

Additional Information
The filter used in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer does not carry through to ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app. The ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app does not support the OR operation.Workaround
For date fields, the following two formats (in yellow) pass along the correct date to the survey.
There is no workaround for the date/time fields.
