The 'Data last updated' date in ArcGIS Hub does not update along with the ArcGIS Online item when a hosted feature layer or a hosted view layer is shared to ArcGIS Hub and an update is performed on the layers.

Additional Information
The issue is not reproducible with the given test resources. It is observed when updating an item's metadata, the corresponding 'Info Updated' date updates in both ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Hub. When updating an item's data records, the corresponding 'Data Updated' date is also updated in both ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Hub.Workaround
When updating data it is recommended to update the item metadata as well. It is to ensure both the 'Data Updated' and 'Info Updated' dates are updated accordingly for a given service, layer, or view layer.
