The Data Interoperability Quick Export Tool fails with the error "Fme.exe - Unable to Locate Component This application has failed to start because fme_osg.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." when exporting to Collada (DAE) format.

Additional Information

This fix was added into the Data Interoperability Extension 10.0 SP1 setup and since this is now released it is available to all who need it.

Workaround

install FME.
