This is tool-specific. If features from the UN layer are used directly, it fails. However, if the geometry property hasZ is set to false, the spatial reference of the feature set changes and the tool can be successful. The failure may be caused by the tool not supporting the spatial reference of the UN layer in the app. This is not a client-side issue. The Z value can affect service-side execution. When a feature collection with a Z value is sent, the service treats it as an invalid construction. This may be a service-side limitation.Steps to Reproduce
